Foxhills Club & Resort’s health and spa facilities will reopen on July 25th, following the recent reopening of the hotel and restaurant, just in time to get back into fitness or escape to the stunning Surrey countryside for a staycation this summer.

The esteemed club, located in Ottershaw, was forced to close for a couple of months because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but visitors and members will be able to enjoy the full Foxhills experience from August 1st as pretty much the whole resort fully reopens.

Among the first facilities to reopen were the 11 tennis courts and three golf courses on site – two outdoor sports that are easy to social distance and were considered safe from the government in mid-May. Foxhills is home to two spectacular 18-hole championship-standard golf courses – Bernard Hunt and Longcross – which are regarded among the best in England, as well the shorter, nine-hole, par-three Manor Course. The club’s practice facilities, which include a driving range and short game area, are also back open.

Other outdoor activities now available include a trim trail running route through the grounds of the 400-acre estate, as well an outdoor children’s play area – making it the perfect destination for a family getaway.

Next to open was Nineteen Bar and Restaurant and the luxury overnight accommodation facilities at the beginning of July, with the leisure facilities – which include a state-of- the-art gym, Yoga Cabin, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and fitness studios – reopening from July 25th in line with government and industry safety guidelines.

From August, a selective offering of spa treatments will also resume in the club’s award-winning HealthSpa, ready for an overdue pampering and rejuvenation session.

On Saturday, August 14th, The Fox dining rooms will reopen for dinner on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The magnificent restaurant, located in the Foxhills 19th-century Manor House, provides variety and quality in abundance with high-quality dishes served up in a relaxing and comfortable setting. The quintessentially British tradition of afternoon tea is also now available in the Manor Lounge.
