Young Start-Up Talent saw one of its most anticipated events take place at Sea Life Brighton this week as eight aspiring entrepreneurs from the Brighton and Hove area came forward with their carefully polished business plans and pitched to the YST Brighton panel.

After an intense session of 121 pitches in the previous stage of the process, the bright young minds were ready for the ultimate stage in the process.
