As Barack Hussein Obama reaches the twilight of his second presidential term, he would appear to be a disillusioned and unfulfilled man. Upon his inauguration, he seemed to be a man that might change the world; a man who was full of promise; a man who had grand plans to actually change the way the USA was run.
