This brand-new event is an exciting platform for the entire South East property sector to showcase many of the excellent new build developments and projects that have been completed in Sussex between March 2016 and March 2019.
There are fifteen prestigious trophies to be won including the Developer of the Year and awards for luxury homes, estate agents, landscape designers, affordable housing and architects.

Businesses can enter up to three categories and deadline for submissions is June 26th 2019. The entry fee is £125 plus vat per submission.
All shortlisted businesses will gain maximum PR exposure in the largest circulation regional business magazine in the UK, Platinum Business Magazine, finalist logos for marketing, a complimentary ticket to the awards ceremony and regular inclusion across social media platforms.
The event media partners, Capital Radio and Platinum, will reach over 91% of all companies in Sussex and the intense marketing campaign behind the awards will ensure that every soul in the region will be aware of the awards, the sponsors and, of course, the winners.
The awards night will take place at the Metropole Hotel in Brighton on October 10th 2019 and consists of a sparkling champagne reception, an exceptional three-course meal, celebrity host and superb entertainment.
